There is so much research and discussion around the subject of employee engagement these days, that I really don’t know what to believe. Look hard enough and you can find data or analysis that will support pretty much any product, solution or point of view, including our own social recognition.

Truth is, there is no golden bullet, egg or ticket that will help HR professionals through the maze to a panacea of engaged employees. There are just some really sensible do’s and some very corrosive don’ts, many of which are common sense.
